Conveyancing - How about Doing the Process on Your Own Some people are having doubts about hiring a conveyancing solicitor. The reason could be due to insufficient funds to give as payment or simply because they do not have the trust of having a one. If this is the same problem you want to solve, then you should be the conveyancing solicitor yourself.   Advantages of DIY Conveyancing   If you do the conveyancing process on your own, you have the full assurance that you cannot be a victim of a scam or fraud especially when there is moneyh involved in the process. For example, you are buying or selling a property wherein conveyancing takes into place. During the payment, it might be hard to let a solicitor handle the situation. So in a case like this, you would rather be the solicitor yourself.   Another reason is that it might take a long time to finish the negotiation of the entire process with a solicitor. Compared to DIY conveyancing, you can have the option to adjust and make it more possible to finish on time.   Disadvantages of Conveyancing   The risk involved of DIY conveyancing is that you may fail during or at the end of the process. It is always possible that you can make mistakes or the one you are dealing with has all the issues that make the process difficult to solve.   So before you think about conveyancing on your own, you must first weigh the pros and cons of it. That could give you a better way to decide if you really have to do the process on your own or rather hire a professional one.
