Everyone really feels excited about moving in to the new house. Who would not be, right? However, even before you get drowned with the excitement to move in your things to the new house, you may want to pause for a while and give yourself the time to check on the following things:
a. The utility connectivity. You need to ensure that the new house can actually supply the electricity that you require for your appliances and electronic gadgets. More importantly, you need to have an electrician to verify and check whether the electrical wirings are all safe to be used and will not result to overloading which cause jeopardy to all.
b. The house painting. You would not want to live in a place where it airs discomfort and untidiness. Normally, it is part of the contract to have the house repainted before anybody else moves in. It is either you or the real owner who will be in charge of the repainting.
c. The community. The safety in the community should foremost in the list. You need to ensure that there is enough security that is in place in the entire vicinity for your protection.
